Little Brown Farm Introduces Another New Cheese!

The Little Brown Farm has had a busy year! We have introduced 2 new cheeses (Caprizella and Velvet Rose) and 2 styles of yogurt (Traditional and Creamline), and now we’re at it again.

My favorite girl, Velvet Rose, has a daughter, Saratoga Satin, named after a lovely white rose. Now we have a fresh, bright white cheese named after Velvet’s girl.

Introducing Saratoga Satin at Langley’s Second Street Market on Friday (3pm-7pm) and reserving some to make sure it’s available at Bayview Farmers’ Market on Saturday (10am-2pm), too!

Saratoga Satin is a fresh, hand-pressed cheese that slices and melts well – perfect for cold and warm sandwiches, casseroles, pizza, tacos and more!

Saratoga will be very limited and only available intermittently through the end of October, so come and sample it this weekend!

While you’re there, don’t forget to pick up some Caprizella to go with the luscious heirloom tomatoes in bounty right now – Caprese never tasted so good!
