Vegetarian at Cafe Langley

One difficult thing to find on the south end of Whidbey Island is good vegetarian food during the dinner hour.

So far, we've found three good options: Basil Cafe at Bayview Corner serves good, fresh Thai cuisine; Pickles Deli at Ken's Corner has a couple of wonderful vegetarian wraps; but if you want something that says satisfying dinner that makes you feel like you had an actual meal, go to Cafe Langley.  Ask for their Vegetarian Sampler or Pasta Acroplolis and a bottle of Pinot Grigio...fantastic!

Here's what Cafe Langley says about themselves:

With its Old World charm, Café Langley offers a relaxed setting for lunch and an intimate dinner setting by candlelight.

Owners and brothers Arshavir and Shant Garibyan personally oversee the kitchen and serving staff.
A warm welcome, attention to detail, and personal service are emphasized.

Café Langley features Mediterranean cuisine, Northwest lamb, and fresh seafood entrees.
The finest locally grown ingredients and fresh herbs and spices are used to create hearty, wholesome dishes at moderate prices.

Skillful preparation and artful presentation combine to bring you a truly memorable dining experience.
Try one of Café Langley’s Signature appetizers and entrees.

The wine list includes fine domestic and imported selections.

If there is a special wine request, let Shant or Arshavir know
and they will make every effort to stock it for you.
Cocktails are also available from the back bar area.
